Part 1. Master the basic shapes of animation, the sphere the cube and the cylinder.
Stretch / Squash / Bend / Twist each of the 3 shapes

Part 2. Plot a series of arcs and animate a ball across it, it must bounce at least twice, if it goes by too fast just double expose each frame.

Part 3. From a sitting position, bounce a ball at least one time in perspective coming towards us before it goes off camera. Do your keys first, then your breakdowns, and then in-between it.
